The Hydroform Cut-To-Length Line offers most of the functionality of a conventional coil line with the advantage of a vastly reduced 3m x 2m floor space.

- Fully Hydraulic Bosch Rexroth variable flow servo hydraulic system
- 7 roll leveller system with 2 entrance drive rolls, 3 leveller rolls and 2 exit bead rolls
- Maximum working gauge of 1.6mm
- Maximum width 1,550mm
- 14" touch screen monitor with fittings to left or right side of machine
- Autofold v8 Controller including full Autofold Windows CE software with make quick, jobs and self diagnostics program
- One off 'A' frame coil holder with spindle ( 5 tonnes maximum weight at 1,525mm wide.
Installation & Warranty
Hydroform will set up and install the Cut-to-Length. Normal installation takes between one to three working days. The machine has a full one year parts and labour warranty from date of installation except tooling, electronics, and electrical parts that is damaged due to unstable power supply.
